Pascale
"Chef with A Cause" is an accomplished entrepreneur and the owner of
COOKING FOR YOU She shares her unique brilliance by catering to individuals. Creating
culinary alternatives that ignite the passion for delicate tastes and flavors so
people experience an abundance of happiness, health and extra time.
Pascale, a native of Quimper, in Brittany, France was born with an unique reverence for food and flavors. She began her culinary ventures very early by preparing her father's hunting and fishing catches and harvest. "Already my Mom was my first client! As a child, my joy was to bake for my brother and sisters and to prepare gourmet dinners for my parents and their guests, usually family members and friends!" she says.

At a young age, Pascale spent her summer vacations and schools breaks working in local food stores, delis and restaurant kitchens to learn from the food industry first hand. Pascale's hero was the famous French Chef Paul Bocuse. "He was my role-model and I made it my priority to dedicate my life to explore and share his passion for delicate food and taste by cooking, educating and speaking about food celebration" said Pascale
With accumulated years of professional experiences, by the age of seventeen, Pascale applied to all the top French Culinary Colleges and was admitted at the notorious LETPHT in Strasbourg, France. "At that time I knew I was on my life mission, a Gastronomic Life Tour!" smiled Chef Pascale. In 1986, after completing her three years of intense culinary study, Pascale was rewarded with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Culinary Management and dedicated her life to the Art & Science of delicate and healthy Eating.
Chef Pascale insists on continuous learning and studying.
Continuously trained throughout the years of her successful professional career, she is not the traditional French professional Chef. As she traveled throughout Europe, India, Central America, the Caribbean Islands, Canada and the United States her passion for flavor developed catching new inspirations and discovering new spices to accommodate regional cuisine. One of Chef Pascale's most memorable experiences was selecting spices at Indian markets in Rajasthan.
"Scents are printed in my being! We understand and develop closeness with people while discovering the local food" says Chef Pascale.
COOKING FOR YOU celebrates cultures and traditions in their cuisine. "Our clients enjoy the experience of savoring culinary adventure in the comfort of their home with their love ones!" she says.

By 1997, while living in the British Virgin Islands, Pascale had began her business venture. "It was such a happy and successful time, during our return to the United Sates in 2001,
COOKING FOR YOU was born" says Chef Pascale. While serving for long hours, she always remains contented, as she is living her dream of celebrating life by sharing delicate, flavorful and unique dishes. "We are so happy seeing our clients and guests expressing joy and happiness while enjoying
COOKING FOR YOU specialties."
The year 2002 was marked by the IRCC culinary instructor certificate reward and gave Pascale the opportunity to share a food related topic presentation. For a long time Pascale had valued the importance of education as she and her siblings grew up in a solid academic foundation. "My Father served the French Education System his entire professional career. Instruction has always been an important part of our life. The interest and desire "to know" is my most valuable inheritance she shares. Today, I am very, very, grateful and respect the magic and beauty of mind wonders. I thank my parents, teachers and mentors for patiently and diligently, watering the planted seed!" she smiled. Pascale confesses that the greatest reward during a presentation is to witness a mind awaken.
Before returning to her pots and pans, Pascale confesses that above all,
COOKING FOR YOU philosophy is inspired from Antoine Careme, the archetype of the great 19th century modern French Chef and philosopher who wrote "When there is no more good cooking in the world, there will be no more keen and elevated intelligence, no more pleasing relationship, no more social unity" At that time of understanding I know the importance of doing what really I love to do and persist in doing it.
